Q. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on LookAdora ?

A. Your credit/ debit card transaction on LookAdora are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. For fraud protection, our trusted online payment partners monitor transactions continuously for any suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification.

Q. How do I use any coupon code on my orders ?

A. When you click on the “checkout” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem your coupon code.

On this page, you can enter the coupon code and the respective discount will be applied to your order.

You can then proceed further and pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.

Please note that only one coupon code can be used on a single order. In case of suspected misuse of coupon codes, LookAdora reserves the right to cancel orders.

Q. What is a 3D Secure password ?

A. The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the “Verified by VISA” and “MastercardSecureCode” services, respectively.

The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

Please note that 3-D secure password has been made mandatory by the Reserve Bank of India to ensure safer online shopping.

Q. How can I get the 3D Secure password for my credit/debit card ?

A.You can register for the 3D Secure password for your credit/debit card by visiting your bank’s website.

Q. How do I create my LookAdora account ?

A. Click on the login button on the top right-hand corner or bottom footer of the page and register by filling in your name, email address and password. You can also enter your address for future use here.


Q. What do I do if I have forgotten my password ?

A. In the sign-in section, you can click on the lost my password link to retrieve your password. You will be redirected to fill in your registered email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset password.



Q. How do I add items to my wish-list ?

A. To add an item to your wish-list, click on the orange heart icon on the product image.

Q. How do I track my order ?

A.You can track your order by logging into our account, and going to the “My Orders” section. Just select the order you want to track and you can view the status of your order.


Q. I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do ?

A. The courier service delivering your order will try to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery.

You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.

Q. Can I change address or phone number in order ?

A.You can do it through “My Orders” Section till the order is shipped. Once the item has been shipped, you cannot change the Address or Phone number

Q. Can I check the contents before taking delivery ?

A. A shipment cannot be opened before delivery. You can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.


Q. How do I know if the order was placed successfully ?

A. We will send you an sms and an email on your registered mobile & email id.

Q. Can I cancel my order ?

A. Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully by writing to us at support@lookadora.com or calling us on +91 XXXX. The amount paid by you would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 5-7 business days.

Q. Do I get back the shipping charges also with my refund, in case of Cancellation ?

A.We will refund the shipping charges ONLY if you have cancelled the order before the order has been shipped.

Q. I have received a damaged/defective/wrong product. How do I return it ?

A.We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would replace or cancel your order under such circumstance. We would request you to inform us of the damage within 48 hours of receipt of order. Any refund would happen only after proper check of the damaged material. Please note that any replacement will be subject to availability of stock.

Q.Can I return the items I have ordered and received ?

A. Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement
1. Damages due to misuse/overuse of product
2. Product that has been used or altered
3. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
4. Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
5. Any return that has been initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

Q. Do I have to return the free gift when I return the item that I paid for ?

A. Any FREE GIFT included as part of the item order needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.


Q. What happens to my gift card/Coupon code/reward points when I cancel ?

A. Coupons are for single use only. They cannot be refunded/reused.

Gift cards and reward points will be transferred back to your account as part of the refund process.

Q. Can I return part of my order ?

A. Yes, you can return part of your order if there were multiple items in your order.You will have to return any gift or complementary item that would been part of that item when you bought it.

However, you cannot return any item that you may have purchased during the period of any special promotional campaign.

Q. How does the delivery process work ?

A. Once we receive your order, we check your products thoroughly to ensure they are in good condition. Then they are packed and handed over to our delivery partner.Our delivery partners will bring the package to you at the soonest. In case, they are unable to reach the delivery address or at an appropriate time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Q. How are items packaged ?

A.We pack our products in corrugated boxes, with fillings of bubble wrap or environmentally friendly recycled newspaper.The jewellery products would be additionally packaged in a jewellery pouch.


Q. My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it ?

A. Once we dispatch your product, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Q. What is the estimated delivery time ?

A.We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). In case there is any delay in processing your order due to any external circumstances, we will keep you updated via email..

Q. Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order ?

A.We have standard shipping charges of Rs 50 for most addresses in India. Orders above Rs 1000 are shipped free of charge in India.
